The pilot of a sightseeing helicopter was accused of violating a Presidential TFR (temporary flight restriction) by flying over a downtown area while the Vice-President was in town. Through negotiating with the FAA regional counsel, the alleged violation was dropped when it was shown that the pilot had actually complied with all of the published requirements of the TFR.
